The product’s low water absorption property makes it ideal for high humidity, pool or marine environments.

Since VEKAdeck™ is made from 100% PVC and color stabilizers, this premium deck board will resist fading due to
normal weather conditions. Our reinforced cellular PVC extrusion process gives VEKAdeck™ dimensional stability
and impact resistance. We are so sure of our process that we warrant VEKAdeck™ not to rot, chip, peel, blister or
corrode.

Performance characteristics such as long life, high durability, low maintenance requirements along with a high
return on investment and the materials environmentally friendly status make it an ideal board for residential and
commercial dock applications. VEKAdeck™ is the perfect way to add value and beauty to your home.

PROCELL Re-named AZEK Now that VEKAdeck has a non-glossy, non-organic board there is
no reason to carry AZEK. After using PROCELL for years and installing 30+ docks with it, in our opinion it
is a good product but it is warmer, less slip resistant, not as durable & more expensive than VEKAdeck or
Endeck. Still available if requested!

Technical Information- Why VEKAdeck beats the rest!

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is the main ingredient in VEKA's compound. This mixture results from a combination of natural
gas and rock salt. In it's pure state, PVC does not have the qualities associated with VEKA vinyl like durability and
weatherabiltity.
To increase the performance characteristics of PVC, VEKA adds seven different microingredients to PVC. These seven
ingredients, combined with superior methods of blending, differentiate VEKA compound from other extruded vinyl on
the market.

VEKA's microingredients address specific needs of a high quality, durable, VEKA vinyl system. Heat Stabilizers minimize
the effect of heat (solar radiation) on the vinyl window. Impact Modifers will strengthen PVC to prevent damage during
fabrication, shipping, and operation of the window unit. UV Stabilizers will aid in preventing discoloration and fading of
vinyl material due to ultraviolet light exposure. Lubricants provide a smooth finish on the vinyl surface frame.

Processing Aids help the compound maintain consistency as it changes into a plastic. This ensures consistent quality in
the finished product and predictable, consistent fabrication. VEKA uses two different Pigments to impart color to our
vinyl. One is used depending on the desired result.

Almond pigment creates a light beige color while Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) imparts a brilliant white color to the vinyl and
helps to reflect the sun's rays from the finished surface. Calcium Carbonate, referred to as a filler, replaces some of the
PVC to increase impact and tensile strength to the finished material. This formulation results in superior vinyl products
that will not rot, chip, corrode, peel, or blister.

Maximizing the design of a particular fenestration product is accomplished through the use of CAD (Computer Aided
Design) technology. Profiles can be accurately created, critiqued, and redesigned until the final form is achieved.
Modern computers are able to streamline the design process by alleviating many of the cumbersome mathematical
tasks required to complete all the drawings vital to a vinyl profiles.

Upon completion, these drawings are electronically transferred to automated die making machinery. With the precision
of a fine craftsman, exact dimensional drawings are transformed into extrusion tooling. This process, commonly
referred to as CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), is a critical step in the extrusion process.

Artificial intelligence also plays a major role in the blending process. Proper amounts of the micro-ingredients are
blended into a homogenous mixture that is controlled by computer driven scales. These scales, accurate to 1/100th of
a pound, ensure that every batch of compound retains the same high quality performance characteristics.

Micro processors monitor and integrate every stage of production from the time the raw materials arrive by rail to the
time the extruded vinyl lineals are shipped by truck. Information pertaining to the quality and consistency of the raw
materials, the performance of the manufacturing machinery, and the status of the extruded vinyl allows quality
assurance inspectors to maintain efficiency and consistency in every process.

Why 100% Cellullar Vinyl?
A Wood Deck Only Looks Good - and Costs Less - The First Year
As wood ages and is subjected to weather, the rich, warm color fades, splinters surface (wood), boards
warp and crack, and mold and mildew begin to grow.
And does wood come with a warranty?
When you chart the cost of ongoing yearly maintenance that wood requires to keep looking decent, it can
really add up. And, if you try to spread out that maintenance – power washing, sanding, scraping and
staining, even replacing deck boards – it only gets worse.
Enduris- Endeck
Endeck is the perfect combination of strength, good looks and easy care.
Strength:
Endeck boards are strong, durable, engineered to resist sagging, and they’re lighter in weight
than composite or wood deck boards. Endeck boards meet or exceed stringent AC10 and
AC174 standards, and are CCRR-0144 approved.
Architectural Appeal:
Endeck's PVC deck boards have an embossed woodgrain on both sides, so the surface of
Endeck mimics the look and feel of real wood. The colors - Beechwood, Olivewood, Ashwood
and Ironwood - will match or contrast nicely with your home’s existing siding, fencing and
railing. All the leading hidden fastening systems work well with Endeck, and capped and
embossed Fascia board is now available in matching colors, for a flawless finish.
Low Maintenance:
Even though it may look like wood, it certainly doesn’t act like wood. No scraping, sanding or
staining. No twisted, cracked or warped boards to replace. Clean-up is practically effortless; a
spray of the hose removes most dirt and grime. And it’s comfortable under foot - cool to the
touch even on the hottest of days.
Endeck capped cellular PVC decks capture the classic look and feel of real wood
•Embossed wood grain on both sides of Endeck's cellular PVC deck boards mimic the look and feel of real wood.
•Comfortable on your feet - cool to the touch even on the hottest of days.
•Choice of colors matches your home's existing siding, fencing, and railing (Beechwood, Olivewood, Ashwood and Ironwood)
•Fastener-free surface - All the leading hidden fastening systems work well with Endeck for an immaculate, finished look.
Lifetime Warranty protects your investment
Your vinyl deck will not peel, pit, rot, blister, warp, crack, abnormally weather,
or be consumed by insects when installed under normal conditions and proper use.
If it does, Enduris will repair or replace the defective material.
Most Cost Effective & Slowly Becoming our most popular!
Composite Decking materials are not in fact the "solution" to wood.
Composite decking materials first started to appear in the early 1990's. Products were intended to be very environmentally
friendly, by combining polyethylene resin(PE) from recycled materials and organic fillers. However, many shortcomings became
evident such as mold, crumbling, splitting, staining, combustability, scratching and color fade. Some composites had to be
pre-drilled and few if any can be nailed. In comparison, PVC decking is made for comfortable lounging and easy maintenance,
trouble-free.
